Placing Your Order
Please use the contact us form for now as we set up our site to take orders directly. Please give as much detail on the contact us form such as, imprint information, address, colors, fonts, date of event and date needed etc.
Delivery
All orders are shipped FedEx or UPS.
Please provide us with a complete street address. Deliveries cannot be made to a post office box. We are not able to ship C.O.D. orders. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Money Orders.
If you need a rush order, please give us a call, and let's talk about it. We will do our best to assure that your order arrives to you when you need it. There may be situations where we will charge a 30% charge for rush orders if we have less than 7 days to print your order. So we do ask that you only request it when truly necessary so that we may continue to offer you excellent customer service.
Be sure to let us know the date you need your order to arrive, even if it is not a "rush" job. We want to provide dependable, on-time service.
When Will I Get My Order?
Because most orders are custom, typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after order has been received and proof has been approved. This does not include time in transit. Non custom orders usually ship out in 3-5 business days. Depending on your location you may want to add an additional 3-5 days for shipping.
